Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026

These terms govern use of the LLM Tech inference API and website, operated by a registered sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) in Poland ("LLM Tech", "we"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

LLM Tech provides API access to open-weight language models hosted on our infrastructure. The service is accessed directly or through platforms and aggregators that route requests to us. Model outputs are generated automatically and are provided as-is.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without prior notice.

3. Your content and outputs

You retain all rights to the inputs you submit. To the extent we hold any rights in generated outputs, we assign them to you. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or distributing them: language models can produce inaccurate, biased, or otherwise unsuitable content.

4. Availability

We operate the service with care but provide no uptime guarantee under these terms. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled interruptions may occur. Separate service-level commitments, if any, are agreed in writing.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify the service (including served models, limits, and pricing) and these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at this address.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
